Cleaner Access
Cleaner codes work differently from guest codes: a cleaner’s PIN is active on every property in your account, all the time. There’s no per-booking scheduling to manage.
Tenant-wide, not per-property
When you add a cleaner, they aren’t tied to a single property. Their code is applied across every property in your account automatically.
Always active — no scheduling
A cleaner’s code is live 24/7 on every lock. You don’t set hours or windows for it. This is the whole design: cleaners need reliable access whenever they need it, so GuestsKey doesn’t gate their code behind a schedule.
One PIN per cleaner, applied everywhere
Each cleaner has a single PIN. What happens with that PIN follows the cleaner:
- Add a cleaner — their code is applied to every lock immediately.
- Add a new lock — every existing cleaner’s code is applied to it automatically.
- Update a cleaner’s PIN — the change is pushed to every lock.
- Delete a cleaner — their code is removed from every lock.
You don’t need to touch individual locks or properties for any of this; it fans out automatically.
Where to manage it
Cleaners live under their own top-level Cleaners item in the dashboard sidebar — not under Settings. That’s where you add, update, or remove cleaners for your whole account.
