Set Up GuestsKey

1. Create Your Account

Sign up at guestskey.com/onboarding with your email and password. The 14-day free trial requires a credit card upfront; cancel before it ends to avoid charges.

2. Connect Your Booking Source

Authorize GuestsKey to access your booking data — OwnerRez, Hospitable, or Lodgify, or connect an Airbnb account directly via Hospitable Connect (free, no PMS required). We’ll automatically import your properties and upcoming bookings.

3. Connect Your Locks

Connect WiFi locks directly through Seam (Yale, Schlage, Lockly, and more), Z-Wave locks through your SmartThings hub, or locks managed by Home Assistant (alpha). We’ll detect all compatible locks on your account.

4. Map Properties to Locks

In the property settings, select which lock (or locks) belongs to each property. This enables automatic code generation for that property.

5. Enable Automation

Turn on guest automation in property settings. Codes will now be automatically generated and scheduled for all future bookings.
